Our Design Center

New homebuyers have the opportunity to visit our Design Center, based on community requirements. At the Design Center, owners have the option to personalize their home with style. Our decorating experts help make effective design decisions featuring the quality brand products and materials used in all of our homes. Our consultants are knowledgeable about styles and modern trends, and they can help homebuyers understand what products and color combinations will compliment their new home this year, and for years to come.

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 8 am – 5 pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 9 am – 6 pm
We are open every other Saturday and Monday. Please consult your Sales Counselor for available appointment times.

From Beltway 8 Northbound:

1. Exit Fallbrook/Windfern
2. Continue on service road
3. The New Home Center and Design Center are on the right, just before Gessner.

From Beltway 8 Southbound:

1. Exit Gessner
2. Continue on service road to Fallbrook/Windfern
3. Turn left, go under the Tollway and return in the opposite direction on the service road
4. The New Home Center and Design Center are on the right, just before Gessner.

Why Use a Design Consultant?

Homebuyers often plan to spend several years in their new home. A designer can help buyers choose color combinations that will complement their style this year and in the years to come. If they ever decide to sell their home, a designer can help make choices that will have a positive effect on the resale value.

Our decorating experts will help you with your interior and exterior selections, so that your home will truly be your own.

When do I visit?

When you sign your contract, your sales counselor will give you the option to visit the Design Center based on community requirements. An appointment will be arranged within two weeks from the contract date. Once your contract has passed from your sales counselor to the Design Center, you will receive a phone call to verify the date and time.

Be prepared to spend approximately two hours making your personal design selections. Because the appointment with your consultant is scheduled, we ask that you only visit at your designated time.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required on all Design Center options totaling $10,000 or less and 50% non-refundable deposit on all Design Center options over $10,000.

What happens when I get there?

A visit to the Design Center is an exciting and unique experience for everyone. However, there is a typical routine followed by our design team to ensure that every detail of your new home is covered. Your design consultant will guide you through the Design Center room-by-room, so that you can view and learn about both the standard and upgraded design options and their prices. Your consultant will help you fill out a design option checklist based on your choices.

Once decisions have been made for the entire house, the list is reviewed and if there are any changes, they are made at that time. When you leave our Design Center you will have a copy of the choices you have made and their prices. You will also have a feeling of excitement knowing that you are well on your way to owning a home that has your personal touch.
